Raising The Future,

Taking Care of Mother Nature.

Kóokayoffers opportunities for holistic growth

through regular sessions.

It is a long-term program that supports play, exploration,

and pushing the child's comfort zone.

Our classrooms are in nature.

Kóokay helps students develop socially, emotionally, spiritually,

physically, and intellectually.

We create a safe and unbiased environment for students to try new things.

Our approach to risk means that students constantly expand their skills.

By solving real-world problems, building self-confidence, and resilience.

Risk is more than a potential for physical harm, but one more holistic thing.

There are risks in everything we do, and we grow by overcoming them.

Kóokay, so, helps participants to become healthy, resilient,

creative, and independent learners.

In our classrooms working and playing have no distinction.

We have learning areas designed to awaken curiosity and creativity.

The education we promote is active and focused on them.

Inspired by different alternative pedagogical methods

such as Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio, Freire.

Our Programs include government health protocols

to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We promote the rescue of Mexican traditions, Including arts.

We use our organic vegetable garden as a transversal learning tool.

It allows us to work knowledge and skills from different fields.

The material with which we work is -mostly- natural origin: stones, clay,

water, wood, flowers. Dry leaves, tree seeds, fruits, bark,

peel of vegetables, and fruits, to name a few.

For the rest, we try and live by the three R's (reduce, reuse, and recycle).

We care about the little ones, listen to what they say, what they think

to help forge their independence.

Our programs are based on UNICEF action plans.

The development of the child in early childhood

must be national and a global priority, therefore, support alternative education.

It is also of utmost importance to update and restructure those that already exist.

We also provide training projects for fathers, mothers, tutors, teachers,

Schools, educational professionals, psychology, and mental health advisors.

Educational centres, members of Alternative Education Programs

such as Homeschool, Unschool, Wildschooling, among others.

Relaxation, Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation forms an integral part of our daily activities.

The goal is to be consciously present.

Improving their attention, learning capacity and self-control

and helping them to feel more secure and learning to regulate their emotions.

To be calmer and finding a balance when they get angry or upset.

Helping them better understand what is happening in their environment

and how it makes them feel.

So that they better express their emotions, stimulates their creativity.

They learn to be more compassionate and kind to themselves and to others.

And improve patience, empathy, and joy for the common good.

This project is the only one of its kind in Mexico.

Thank you for your support.

Located in the jungle of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

The program is taken to different spaces and communities within

the State of Quintana Roo, with the premise 'Nature is our classroom'.

Derived from the health problems that we are currently facing,

boys and girls are vulnerable, distressed.

We must protect them and help them meet their needs.

Toddlers must play, run, have outdoor activities, spark their curiosity and creativity.

Let's give them the opportunity to continue their education

and development in a natural environment.

Come spend a day with us!
